From white box to optical clinic in The Woodlands.
A look at the finished clinic and Renova’s role in a series of locations for the same owner.
The Woodlands Optical Clinic began as a white-box space. Renova completed the interior build-out from that starting point, creating the finished clinic shown in our commercial project gallery.
A commercial space with its own character.
The completed interiors combine optical displays, seating areas and clinical rooms. The photography captures the curved display feature, the showroom’s blue accent lighting and the quieter spaces beyond it.
Wide views show how those areas sit together, while closer photographs reveal the display and finish details. The result is a project visitors can explore as a complete interior, rather than through a single cover image.
One owner, several locations.
The Woodlands was part of a wider relationship with the same clinic owner. Renova also completed a white-box build-out in Katy. At two locations in San Antonio and one in Austin, our role was different: we helped finish projects that had already been started by another contractor.
Those distinctions matter when describing our work. The Woodlands gallery represents a complete interior build-out; our contributions at the other locations are described according to their individual scope.
