As co-founder and managing partner, Salim focuses on client relations and the connection between the client and the Renova team. His role centers on understanding priorities, maintaining communication and helping keep expectations clear throughout the project.
Savannah supports Renova’s accounting functions, helping organize financial records and the information behind project-related transactions. Her role brings the office and financial side of the work into the wider project workflow.
Victor supports project coordination, helping connect schedules, project information and the people involved in the work. His role helps the team organize next steps and keep day-to-day activity moving together.
Esvin’s construction management role focuses on coordinating activity on site and following the work as it progresses. He helps connect the project plan with the trades and tasks needed to carry it out.
Fredy supports the execution of construction work through site coordination and oversight. His role includes following project activity, helping organize the work and keeping attention on the details that need to come together.
Franky focuses on paint work, from preparing surfaces to applying the finish. His role contributes to the appearance of walls, trim and other painted elements within the project scope.
Ever supports the painting stages of Renova projects, including surface preparation and paint application. His work focuses on the details that help bring the selected colors and finishes into the completed space.
Sumay contributes to paint preparation, application and finishing work. His role supports the painting team as surfaces move from preparation through the final details of the agreed scope.
Alberto contributes to the electrical scope of Renova projects. His role supports the electrical work within the broader construction sequence, coordinating with the team as the space takes shape.
Martin supports electrical work as part of Renova’s construction team. His role helps connect the project’s electrical requirements with the on-site work and the other trades involved.
Antony focuses on framing work, helping form the spaces and construction elements defined in the project plans. His role supports the layout and framework that the following stages of work build upon.
