Freshmeadows, in Houston’s 77063 area, was one of Renova’s own buy-and-flip investments. The project involved a complete renovation of the house, with work extending from the kitchen and bathrooms to storage and flooring.

The renovation included a new custom kitchen, closets and pantry, along with new bathrooms and hardwood flooring. Bringing these elements into one project allowed the home to be considered as a whole, rather than as a collection of separate updates.
The kitchen and pantry addressed the spaces used every day. The closets brought storage into the renovation scope, while the bathrooms and flooring carried the transformation through the rest of the home.
