Renova traveled to Lake Charles, Louisiana, to renovate a client’s waterfront property at 1515 S Perkins Ferry Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70611. We renewed the entire main house with new bathrooms and kitchen, painting and new siding. The boathouse received a similar renovation, along with refinishing of its deck right on the water. Together, the work refreshed both buildings and the outdoor spaces that connect the property to its lakeside setting.
