Briar Hollow Penthouse

A complete remodel of an investor-owned, two-story penthouse at 49 Briar Hollow Lane in Houston. Working with a returning investor, Renova transformed the entire unit with custom kitchen cabinetry and closets, new flooring and bathrooms, and extensive framing to open walls and raise ceilings. A bulky staircase was reconfigured into a sleek, modern design, bringing a lighter feel to the connection between both floors.
